4.5 to 5 title problem
Unfortunately in a situation where we had to upgrade a project from 4.5 to 5 in order to output. We’re ouputting two masters from two separate sequences: one to DVCPRO HD, one to DigiBeta. In both cases we’re getting some artifacting around the text–evil green boxes. All lower thirds/text were created in Photoshop. If anyone’s had experience with this before or has any suggestions they’d be greatly appreciated.

I ran into this exact problem the other day. I tried many different ways of rendering the titles without success.
I found that the only sure way to fix it is to replace the titles with new ones. I set up the styles and then did a cut and paste of the actual text.

Thanks Benny, that was our solution as well. I was hoping there might be a faster way, but when the troubleshooting starts to take longer than just replacing them then what else can you do?
