4:3 to Anamorphic?
Posted by Ming Saadprai on June 3, 2006 at 3:17 amHow do you arc a 4:3 shot to anamorphic? Another question is what should the dimentions be for exporting something out of After Effects into anamorphic?

As for the AE question… it really depends on what you are going to do with it. If it’s 4:3 then it’s really 720×480. If you want a 16:9 sequence it’s more like 853×480 or something. If you try and size it up you’ll loose quality.
Good luck,

June 3, 2006 at 6:41 amThanks for the tute Capt. M! What do you think of re-sizer by digital anarchy? It sounds perfect for this type of situation but it would be great to hear from someone who has hands on experience with it.
