  4:3 footage needs to output at 16:9

  I’m working on a project that was shot at 4:3 but the final output needs to be at 16:9 (with no bars on the top and bottom, just a 16:9 output). Does anyone know how this can be done?

  And is it possible to edit the footage with a letterbox filter and then crop out the black space on the top or bottom?
