4 digits random number generator expression
Hello!
Super noob question that is way simpler than similar things that have been posted already.
All I want to do is create a row of 4 digits, and each digit oscillates randomly between 0 and 9.

What do you mean by “oscillates”. Do all the digits change at the same rate? Is there a specific rate, or range of rates? Is there any relationship between the digits, or do they act independently?

I would like for the digits to change at the same rate, but not so that they end up being the same number all the time (ex. 7777). So they would act independently from each other.
