Alright, I’ve been racking my brain over this for 3 days now and am completely stumped so I’m turning to the all-knowing Cow for support. I have a project made up of 7d footage that I have ran through StreamClip into ProRes 422 HQ files. I’m using a MBP 15″ 2.66GHz with 4gb ram. I have recently cut it on FCP 6.0.6 and the only effects that I applied to any of the clips was the 3 way color corrector. I managed to get everything looking great and when i went to export it out, the footage looks pixelated and sometimes even stutters like frames were dropped. No matter which export setting I use (even completely uncompressed), it still has a slight pixelation to it. Is there anything else that I may be missing or possibly doing wrong? Any advice or info is highly appreciated.

Yeah saw this a few months ago on a project totally stumped me – I would apply a simple CC and image would get the jaggies. Try going into a clip settings (on the timeline) and make sure it is set to ‘none’ in the field order tab.
