i need some help with some project im working on..well
i got this 20sec’s movie that im working on and i after few sec’s i wanted to freeze it i used time warp..anyway what i wanna do is go from movie to 3d world..in the movie there’s a snoboard which i cutted off with a mask..
i duplicated the layer and created 2 backgrounds and i changed mode to one of them and the other i changed to fill in the missing hole that the snowboard left me, so far all good..my problem is in the switch..when it goes from 2d to 3d its like jumping i tried to see using scale or z buffer to see with the real movie that the snowboard fits and it does..how can i solve that i wont have any jumps…

    thanks in advance

Can’t quite picture what you are trying to do, but presumably your layers are simply to close to one another. This would cause Z-clipping/ flicker because AE is unable to determine the exact position of the pixels in 3D space. Try offsetting your stuff slightly.

    well il try explaining again

i got this movie which i cutted for 3 ways(layers)
    1 is regular
2 is with time remap for 3 sec’s
    3 reguler continu of movie
the scene i wanna do is regular movie then freeze the movie go to 3d(when i freezed the movie i cutted before the snowboard so i have snowboard layer and background layer so i can play with them on 3d
my problem is the jump between the first movie which is regular to the freeze zone(3d)
