Is 3d warp’s interface and integration with after effects similar to Pro Invigorator, i.e. it stays a 2d layer but interacts as a 3d layer with after effects camera? Are there are controls to rotate the object once it’s warped and set it in z space similar to invigorator? Can you export a file as .obj or .3ds like you can in Pro Invigorator? awesome. so often a little bend will make all the difference in a 3d comp and this might be what i am looking for. thanks.

    Hi David,

Right, the interface and integration in 3D Warps are similar to 3D Invigorator Pro, so you will be able to work with the After Effects camera and also apply rotations and position changes like you can in 3D Invigorator Pro. You can perform bends, folds, curls, twists, and more with the capabilities of 3D Warp.

In regards to exporting, you won’t be able to export the file as a .obj or .3ds file since you are actually working with just an After Effects 3D layer.

For more information on 3D Warps, please check the product page below:

To try 3D Warps as a demo, please visit our download page, and download the product. Install the program into the “After Effects Plug-ins” folder, and apply the plug-in to a comp-sized Color Solid in After Effects. When you see the authorization window, click the “Demo” button.

    Best,
    Edward
