I do lots of grading in Davinci Resolve and love nodes. I have done some work in after effects, and now I am starting to get familiar with fusion, since it has been dropped to OS X as well. It took some time to get into nodes and compositing, but when I broke the ice, I find nodes much better for compositing as well.

Looking for a 3d tracker option for fusion. Are there any free ones? I have my own company and do lots of one man jobs. Therefore I am often the photographer as well as the editor and grader. I already have adobe creative cloud and the full studio version of devinci. Can I use the 3d tracker in after effects and export to fusion? The mocha ae version? Or is it better to buy a plugin? I do some 3d camera tracking to place graphics and text in the scene and some 3d renders from cinema 4d. I find after effects quite messy when there are lots of layers. But should I just stay with after effects when it comes to 3d camera tracking?

    Best regads,

mocha Pro supports Fusion for planar tracking, 3D camera solving and roto export. New mocha Pro 5 coming soon has improved support for Fusion.

You can upgrade your Adobe bundled mocha AE to mocha Pro at a reduced cost.
