How can I apply a 3D text with metallic effect? I think that would have to go with Fusion. In the folder Templates / Shaders there is the template Anisotropic.setting. I like that very much. But how do I apply it to the text?

I use Boris Continuum 11 in Resolve for titling. I’m sure you can use Fusion but I don’t know how to do that in Fusion.

In fusion, on your shading tab in the 3d text settings, you select the Material- image option, then near the bottom select the image you want to use, I would usually set the mapping to word instead of character.

you can also select the tool button instead of image and right click on the “color image” tab, and connect to an existing tool within your flow. (limited to what tools you can use)
