    Hi,

I’ve animated a text layer that is set to 3D, but when I render, the layer is scewed differently to how I have animated. Preview and RAM preview are fine though. I have tried rendering with/without OpenGL. Any thaughts?

    Thanks,

    Daniel

Are you previewing the Active Camera or a custom view?

Yep, AE only renders the active camera, not the custom views.

It’s also good practice to actually create a camera and use it.

Yeah, sounds like you’re looking/RAM previewing a different view than you are sending to render. Sounds like you also just learned a pretty valuable lesson, yesno?

Thanks a heap. I knew it had to be something simple. I was using the front custom view instead of active camera.

    Thanks,

    Daniel
