I’m trying to wrap 3d text behind an image on a cylindrical path. I’ve attached the composition that I’m trying to working with. I want the text “VIPER PST” to curve inward along a concave path behind the image of the riflescope. Can someone give me some tips on how this could be done?

I’m fairly new to 3d in photoshop, so i’m not sure if this is something photoshop can do or if it needs to be done in another 3d program.

    Thanks much!

It looks like the “Viper PST” text is 2D. I’ll guess its on its own layer. So, transform the text layer with Command-T (CTRL-T), when you see the box around the type, right-click (CTRL-click) and pick “Warp.” drag around to get the right distortion – drag the handles up from the top and bottom while holding shift to constrain direction of distortion.

Thanks for the response. Yes the text showing in the attached graphic is 2D however I want it to be 3D.
