  3D tekst: Light and shadow

  I’m trying to make a real looking 3D tekst to put into a video clip.

  1. I’ve made and 3D tekst using the repoussé tool in CS5, and now I need to adjust the direction of, where the light comes from.

  2.I also need to make the tekst cast a shadow.

  Can somebody tell me how to do thoose 2 things? Or post a link or 2 to some good tutorials on how to do it?
