Hello, does anyone know if there is a limit to how large you can create in ae 3d space…I seem to have hit a wall, as I have put an image at the end of a long 3d road…..the image is so far that as I move towards it (down the road) it seems to emerge from some black void as it is revealed….I tried to expand the distance on the camera but it seems to have no effect…thanks for any info..

Theoretically there should be no limit since the camera will only consider what’s inside its frustrum, but it’s quite possibel that somewhere around the 100000 mark everything gets clipped. The only way to avoid that would possibly be using a 3D program. You should also consider adding some scene fog using Buena Software’s Depth Cue plugin. This will allow you to use an overall smaller scene but keep the mysteriousness.
