Would it be possible to add a sparkling head to a serpentine line.

An example would be to create a bomb fuse with the head sparkle like a “realistic” lit fuse?

What I want is for the sparkling end of the fuse to emit light and show shadows like an actual fuse would act in a 3D environment…if that is too much to ask for with Serpintine… I would settle for a simple sparkling end/head that can use the alpha matte of an actual fuse burn created with AE particles (or actual footage).

    Hi Joe,

For the head and tail objects, you are able to attach an exported object from 3D Invigorator, ProAnimator, or ProModeler. However, the exported object would be a static object as opposed to realistic, burning flame. With that said, you can try creating a general shape of a flame, attach it as a Head object and apply a texture map to it. Then, parent particles or footages to the head, and you should be able to pull off the effect that you’re looking for.

    Best,
    Edward
