    Hi,

Big newbie question, how I can make a .C4D object rotate on itself, in order to use it in an After Effects sequence.

    Hi Jean,

If you’re simply trying to rotate an object (a cube for example), just keyframe one or more of its rotation parameters.

But if “rotate on itself” refers to something else, please provide more info or an example.

Don’t forget to tell us if you are exporting the object for AE through the Cineware software or you are just rendering the cube as frames to bring into AE. If the former, you will need an external compositing tag on the cube in C4D.
