3D Layers won’t render
Ghhhaaa…. Just when I thought I was done.
1. thanks to anyone who hes helped me out in the various posts I’ve submittedly recently.
2. This I hope is the last issue my current project involves:
I am anmating a Rubiks Cube (because the posts from a few months back)I have many photoshop layers all functioning as 3D layers in a comp with a camera.
I animate one segment of the Cube’s moves in one comp.
Then I duplicate the whole comp.
I next delet the keyfarmes such that this new comp starts at the last frame of the previous.
I re-parent the cube’s layers to the appropriate controllers (null layers) and animate the next segment.
I reapeated the process until the end.
All of these layers are then dropped into one comp. They are all set to 3D and continuous ratserize is set on. It ram-previes fine.
The final comp was then duplicated. the duplicate comp was time reversed so that the animation will play forward then back. Again everything here is 3D and continuous ratserize is set on.
The forward and backward layers are once again comped. They are set 3D and continuous ratserize is set on.
Background animation is comped in as well. These are simple Photoshop layers and are not 3D at all.
The whole thing ram-previews fine.
When I render the 3D just stops.
Anyone know what causes this? Is it because I coppied and pasted the camera from the first 3D comp into each subsequent comp? is it becasue after the 3D animation comps I drag them into new comps (just to keep them easy to handle) with no new cameras? I didn’t bother with the new assembly comps to have cameras, becaus I figured the cameras existed in the animation comps as had good angles. I though that when I dragged them into the assembly comps they would display from the camera’s I had set and wouldn’t need knew ones.
Like I said it ram-previews fin but just stops being 3D upon render time.
Anyhelp would be greatly appreciated.
