Hi, I´ve been having a problem in viewing the 3d layers correctly in after effects.

I’m making a 3d house by moving 2d layers in 3d space and forming the walls and roof. Pretty simple. I’m working at my home and at my school.

At my school everything is working fine, I can see the layers, and I’m rotating around with a camera to place the layers in the correct position, but when I’m at my home rotating with the camera, while I´m rotating the layers, they disappear and I can only see the Layer frame, making it very difficult to position the layers correctly. As soon as I stop rotating with the camera I can see the layers again.

I hope I could explain this problem correctly and hope you will help me.

I’m not certain but it sounds like an Open GL preview thing. Try turning it off. It’s the little lightning bolt icon at the bottom of the comp window.
