    I disabled motion blur and depth of field, changed color depth to 16 and 32 but nothing helped

    —– had something similar before and solved it by making sure the input data and fields were set correctly – this info is found by going to project folder / right click on item / then ‘interpret footage’ / ‘main’

    I am using images on the side of the boxes so fileds doesnt matter there but thanks for the reply 🙂

    The problem is caused because the position of the objects is changing too much from frame to frame; because each object jumps so much from frame to frame, it breaks the illusion of continuous motion.

    1. Turn on motion blur. Maybe crank it up a bit.

    2. Slow down the pace of the move, so there’s less change from frame to frame.

    3. Crank up the frame rate, so there’s less change from frame to frame.
