June 15, 2016 at 6:13 amYou could get something that looks like that with a 16-bit displacement map that gradates from mid-gray to smoothed animated fractal noise.

There is also the option of using FreeForm Pro with some expressions from Dan Ebberts to create a flag (free project file on this page):

June 15, 2016 at 7:02 amI think its the Zaxwerks 3D Flag, I have the plugin but the flag is extremly twisting, there must me some option tweaks to get that only edge bending.

June 15, 2016 at 10:30 amYou have to play with the plugin controls to get the right look. If I remember well there are some presets that come with the plugin and a bunch of tutorials you can watch to see how the plugin works.

August 2, 2016 at 9:42 pmOk, so after long time trying to get this look, I’m absolutely nowhere. I tried many combinations with Zaxwerks but this look simply cannot be achieved. Can you suggest some other tricks and plugins, I’m willing to buy them no mather how much they cost.
