  3D compositing tutorial

  I can track my video data with boujou and get it into C4D but I want to add visual elements over my footage. I dont have any information about compositing (and compositing steps) in c4d. Can anyone suggest me a good tutorial from start to finis, including tracking to compositing. Thanks.
