So basically I’m working on a tracking shot through a hotel lobby. Camera tracks from right to left and our actor walks in the foreground. I am trying to “pin” a set of arrows to the floor at the end of the shot. This is to demonstrate an augmented reality setup. I have access to After Effects and Boujou.

Any advice would be gratefully received.

    Thanks

Put your footage in a precomp. Roughly mask out the guy.
In your main comp, use AE’s camera tracker on the precomp. (It’s too bad you don’t have some decent tracking markers or a picture frame or SOMETHING) on those blank white pillars.
