Is it possible that the smoother do not work with puppet tool’s key frames?

I tried to use smoother for Puppet Tool Keyframes and it worked for me.

If you are looking for overall smooth animation, Select all the Keyframes, Right Click> Rove Across Time.

after tracking a shoot using the 3d camera tracker the option of- “create shadow catcher and light” was not available to me.

Can’t say much without knowing the procedure that you followed. I am assuming that you have missed some steps.

Ensure that you select the relevant keyframes prior to initiating the Smoother

The 3D Camera Tracker’s Shadow Catcher feature is not available for footage without apparent movement along the z-axis. These include Nodal Pans and X-axis or Y-axis dolly shots.

You can of course manually create your own shadow catcher using the solved points.
