    Hi.

I have tracked some arial footage using the 3d camera tracker and would now like to add some clouds that extend through Z space.

I have been experimenting with CC Particle World to create the clouds and have a decent result but my problem comes when I to orient the particle layer to match the perspective of my scene; I can’t change the orientation of the 3d camera as it obviously ruins the 3d track.

I feel like there must be an option somewhere in Particle World to change the orientation of the particle “world” but I can’t find it.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t know this for sure, but try setting your Ground Plane and Origin within the 3D camera tracker before creating the 3D camera. I have a hunch that any Particle World plugin you add to the comp may be correctly oriented after you do that.

    This worked perfectly. Thank you!

Phew! It was just a guess based on what I know about the way AE functions. Glad it paid off!
