Andrew Kramer has a cool little title sequence for his new Serious FX podcast. You can click this link and it will redirect iTunes to the podcast here:
    https://phobos.apple.com/WebObjects/MZStore.woa/wa/viewPodcast?id=212193040&s=143441&i=13772108

Anyway, there are about 3-4 title cards in the opening to the podcast, and each title card zooms from off camera onto the screen, with lots of motion blur, and the card itself rotates a bit in 3D space.

I think I know how to accomplish each of these effects (motion blur, 3d rotation), but I can’t figure out how to make each separate title card zoom into frame from off camera. Are these cards simply prearranged in 3D space, adn the camera zooms from one to another? Or is there some other way of doing it?

    Any suggestions much apprecaited!
