    Hello…
Is it possible to export 3/4 DV material, matted or cropped to 16/9, to an anamorphic quicktime,
so that the DVD made from that quicktime is in true 16/9, and not a 3/4 frame that has black bars
    on top and bottom?
    Thanks

This is easy. If you have the cropped picture in the 4:3 sequence, you start a new sequence in 16:9, copy your cropped sequence in the new sequence and now it is 16:9. You handle the material as a real 16:9.

Well, I wish it were this easy. When I do what you say, it just squeezes the 4/3 picture horizontally and keeps the black bars.
I dont want to just crop the top and bottom of the frame, I want to lose it altogether…
    Any idea?
    Thanks
