    We’ve shot footages using an XL1 in frame mode. The frame mode interpolates the field to create 30p. Since I like the cadence of 24 frames per second, I dropped the footages to a 24p composition/ timeline. I actually got what I wanted. However, there are some weird artifacting: the images are somewhat “echoing.” What could be the problem?

    It could also have to do with frame blending. Select all your clips and uncheck “Frame blending”. See if that helps.
