  30fps conversion to 24P

  This is a revisit of an old post:

  I am trying to convert 29.97 fps down to 23.98fps and have found a variety of solutions but was curious if anyone else knew of a better way to maintain quality

  the best solution I found was using Cinema tools to change the frame rate then using compressor to bring back up the speed, then re dub in the original audio with final cut pro.

  (this is the simplified version for time sake)

  If anyone knows a better way to do this, and can provide a link to a tutorial or workflow I would be ever so grateful
