SOrry i have no answer, but i saw the movie and the blood effects they used were really cool. I think they may have used the real material and then digitaly animated it, and added some grain….

Yeah…I’ve watched it again and I’m thinking they may have done alot of it by compositing real blood spurts into after effects either that or used a 3d particle program.
