    Hey everyone,
I can’t seem to figure out how to get the 3 way color correction tab to appear in the viewer window.

I’ll add the 3 way CC effect to a clip, but Im only left to work with the color correction under ‘filters’ in the viewer window.
I have been trying to find a way to get actual tab itself to appear.
So I can use the color wheels but I have no clue how to find it.

    Any suggestions?
(I am using Final cut pro 6)

All filters work the same way, you apply to a clip in the timeline and load into the viewer by double clicking on the clip in the timeline.

I’m hoping you’ve found a solution already, but in case you didn’t – when you go to the “Filters” tab, you will see the filter, and a button directly below that labeled “Visual” – press that and it will take you to the 3-way cc window. You can also just select the tab labeled “3-way Color Corrector” in your viewer window. Applying the filter doesn’t automatically take you to that tab.

An additional hint – when you want to do 3wcc, select under the “Window” menu “Arrange” then “color correct” – this gives you a window with additional scopes to help you color correct your clip.

    Good luck!
