  3 way color correction in Sony Vegas

  Greetings,
  I was wondering how the color correction tool works in Vegas? What do the plus and minus mean on each wheel? My next question is, how can I use the color correction tool to give my video footage a cinematic look? If anyone has any suggestions or ideas, please feel free to response.
