Right now my blacks are really high (35) and I’d like to pull them down to 0.. but I cant figure out how to do it.

I was told that the best way to do it is with the 3 Way Color Correcter but all the settings I’ve messed with dont bring the blacks down to 0…

    How can I do this?

Start with ‘Pedestal’. This is where most colourists and
telecine operators will begin when told to crush the blacks
    down to near 0.

Is that a seperate software or is it something inside of Premiere?

From ver 1.5 onwards, it’s normally found at:

    Video Effects/Image Control/Colour Corrector/HSL
