    Hey guys,

Quick question, wanted to make sure Im correct. I want to run three monitors while I edit.. I am using 2 now, everything works great. Just purchased a 32″ LCD TV that I want to utilize for clients to see my Program Window in Premier Pro.

*If I purchase the Blackmagic Intensity Pro, Will I be able to use all three monitors?

2 DVI through my current graphics card (Nividia GeForce 8800 GT)
1 HDMI through the Intensity Pro

    Current Set Up:
    MacPro 3,1
    NVIDIA GeForce 8800GT
    2x – 22″ Acer Monitors
    OSX – 10.6.3
Processor – 2x 3GHz Quad Core Intel Xeon
    Memory – 8GB

Or am I way off and should do something different?

Yes as long as whatever is on the timeline, is the signal that BMD Intensity Pro supports.

“Yes as long as whatever is on the timeline, is the signal that BMD Intensity Pro supports.”

This may be dumb, but should I be looking under “SD/HD Format Support” on their spec sheet?

    “HD Format Support:
    1080i50, 1080i59.94, 1080i60, 1080p23.98, 1080p24, 1080p25, 1080p29.97, 1080p30, 720p50, 720p59.94 and 720p60.”

So If my timeline has 1080p29.97 footage, I’ll be all set? Or is there a different list of supported signals I should be looking for?

    Thanks again,
    Very Helpful

    That’s it.
