    3-D Fragmentation

    Hello,

    I am trying to use the 3-D Fragmentation as a transition in Final cut Pro as I did in Media Composer. In FCP it is offered as a segment or filter, not as a transition.

    Aren’t items in Red and Continuum supposed to perform the same in either FCP or MC?

    Hi Bert,

    Is this 3-D Fragmentation item a setting that you are using from the Library Browser in RED?

    Yes, for the most part, everything in BCC and RED should operate in a similar manner whether used in MC or FCP. There are some differences but for the most part they should be the same. The differences are only as a result of the differences in the host API, which sets the rules for what can be done in that particular host environment.
