2gig to 200MB

Don’t know about the Acrobat part, but as for the other:
Cleaner, Compressor, Squeeze, Compression Master, Flip4Mac, ProCoder, FFMPEG, etc., etc.
Lots of posts if you do a simple search of this and other forums. 2-5 gig to 200MB is easy.
