  2D to 3D stereo/anaglyph conversion training DVD?

  I have been scouring the net for a DVD I saw advertised (possibly on the Cow) and am coming up empty handed.

  It was a tutorial for converting any regular video to stereoscopic 3D using layering and rotoscoping techniques in AE.

  If anyone has seen this DVD advertised or knows of another thorough tutorial for creating 3D effects from 2D video, I would love to know. I realize it’s not possible to create “true” 3D video from single camera footage, but just as done in Orlok the Vampire, a patient artist can create enough depth to provide a convincing 3D experience by defining and separating different elements from one another within each scene.
