    Hello,

I am an animator and also still learning few things. I want to design few 2D Instructional Animation videos for an company. But I am not much used to flash. As I have never designed any animated video using flash.
So it would be great if you guys can suggest me or give me some tips about how to use flash and design videos.

I’ll be waiting for your suggestions.
    Any help will be appreciated.
    Thank you.

Probably Flash is not a good choice for you for animating anything much: its life expectancy is short now.
After Effects will allow good animated graphics production. There are better tools for cartoon animation, though. It may be worth your while to study possible tools before picking one to develop skills with. Toon Boom Harmony or Moho / Anime Studio Pro might offer something you like.
