2D Animated Look 4 live footage without export to Illustrator

I’ve worked a lot with Illustrator and – maybe it’s me, who knows – but I just can’t understand what you mean by “getting that hot new 2D animated look for video footage“.

Don’t understand your question. I’m working with a series with rigging photoshop characters/animals out of stills. Look at the tutorial on animating a walk cycle, but don’t look at it for the walk cycle, look at it for the RIGGING/animation aspect.

also, look into MOHO — i haven’t had the time to really work with it, but some examples are AMAZING

I’m going to assume you’re talking about the look used in the upcoming film “A Scanner Darkly.” If that is the case, there is no simple filter that will do it. What you need is a very patient and talented rotoscoping artist.
