29.97 shared omf music to 23.98 project

I am working with a group who has a shared 29.97 drive/project of OMF music. We are switching over to working exclusively in 23.98 (ideally all MXF, although we are still dealing with OMF/MXF mixed situations).

Other than redigitizing all shared music (basically starting over), is there a way to continue using the shared OMF files?
