Normally shooting in 25p/SD on our XDCAMs with, of
course, a 1/50 shutter setting poses no problems.
With the XDCAM unavailable, we’re using the DSR450
    with the usual Fujinon zooms.

The query: the 450’s 25p juddering is noticably
more than the XDCAM’s. I understand that one
solution is to address the hertz and frequencies
and only watch the footage on advanced TVs, but,
is there interpolation software inside our AE7 (w/
Magic Bullet suite) that might also assist?

    Thanks in advance,
    Darren.

The shutter on the DSR was 1/50 too.

I like the judder, I simply wasn’t expecting so
    much of it.

My query was about After Effects’ use of interpolation.

    Darren.
