  25fps to 29.97 fps please help!

  Hello
  I have a 4 short pieces of work in quicktime. I need to supply the material to somebody at 29.97. It is currently in 25 fps. Square pixels.
  My guess would be the following. Create a 29.97 comp. Interpret the footage as 29.97 and render out with frame blending on. Is that correct?
