  25fps progressive to 30fps interlaced

  Hi guys so ive managed to export my entire project shot as 25fps 1080 progressive to a 30fps interlaced project h.264 blu ray file for blu ray use in the usa. I made a blu ray folder in adobe and checked the video file however when i watch the footage any time anyone moves it all looks very interlacey/blurred lines. Is this because I am watching it in London, will it look ok on a tv in the usa?

  I heard progressive 25fps progressive to 30fps interlaced would be ok?
