  24p workflow

  I’ve shot 24p using DVX100B. Editing is on Premiere. Then I’ll send the edited video to AE for color grading. Then I’ll send everything to Encore to create an NTSC 29.97 video (regular DVD).

  I captured from the DVX100B the 24p footages and dropped them all in a 24p timeline in Premiere. Then I’ll export it (for use an intermediate video file for AE) as Uncompressed Microsoft AVI. In the basic settings, what frame rate should I choose? If I choose 29.97, will that make the video run slow?
