24p to 30p
Two cam shoot with 5d and ex1. Forgot to tell the 5d operator to use 30p. She shot in 24p and I shot in 30p. Can these two clips work as a multi-clip in FCP? If I conform the 24p up to 30p, then the clips will run faster, right? What’s the right way (if there is one)?

You can place the two diffent frame rates into one time line and FCP can handle it. For best results or if you don’t like the results use Compressor to convert the frame rate. Take a look at this article: https://www.kenstone.net/fcp_homepage/converting_frame_rates_compressor.html

FCP will handle it but not without consequences
24 in a 30 timeline-fcp will double 6 frames every second.
30 in 24 timeline- fcp will remove 6 frames .
