Is this possible to monitor the 1080 24-frame footage to an external monitor via HDMI on the Decklink Extreme HD card in a MacPro running FCP? To have this, I guess the card would have to convert the 24p footage in realtime to a frame rate supported over HDMI, using a Blackmagic video output option on Final Cut Pro. Thanks for any help to elucidate this question.

Just 50, 59.4 and 60 are available in HDTV output.

Yep, you are right. I’ve already tested it yesterday, and fortunatelly, there is an option to convert the output from a 24p sequence to these frame rates.

What is the ‘option’? I’ve been struggling with this on an Intensity Pro card for some months.

    Any help would be appreciated.
    Thanks
