24fps Convert to 25fps
Hi
I have a 24fps video that needs converting successfully to 25fps.
Its 4k and needs to be proress HQlet me know if this is possible and how?

Do you have access to After Effects?
I have found putting the 24fps clip into a 25fps comp works quite well you may need to look at frame blending. This way the video will stay the same duration, unlike interpreting which will shorten your videos duration. -

Also was wondering… is there a way to export 4k Pro Ress HQ at small file sizes? I am currently getting 100GB file size for 12 minute vid. Can I reduce the file size keeping 4k Pro Ress HQ in play?
