    I just shot my first project using a JVC GY-HD110 U. I shot in 720/24 P and notice in capture with Sony Vegas Pro 8 that there is quite a bit of “blur”, especially in foreground movement.

    I understand this is a product of compression, apparently on the camera end. But, is there anything in post that can help reduce it?

    What shutter speed? Sounds like it may have been too low.
