23.98 to 29.97 convertion in media encoder?
Is that possible? I have 2,5K footage in 30 sec in AE prjct file. I precomp it to 720 by 480 ntsc but still at 23.98 frames.. Will render this in Mov..
Can the media encoder do the convertion from 23.98 to 29.98 without problem?
These are the broadcast specs:

Yes, AME can do frame rate conversions. You may have to adjust settings to get your desired look, but Media Encoder should get the job done.
Other products that can do it: Apple Compressor, Apple Cinema Tools, Sorenson Squeeze, Telestream Episode.

Question, what if I just precomp it in AE into a 29.97 comp and rerender.
will i get a 29.97p conversion?
