  23.98 Project request as a 59:94 Master?

  Hello.

  We have a series of Premiere projects we’ve created for a North American display system at 23.98, as per provided client specs. All good. Now, we’ve been requested to re-purpose these projects for an older Russian system at 59:94.

  I’m wondering if someone could give some advice in the best way to render the 23.98 projects at 59:94?

  Any advice would be much appreciated.
