  23.08 fps

  Hello All,

  I posted earlier about looking for the Canon XF-300 file structure. I was able to use Pavtube Video Converter to make PR Proxy files.

  In QT, the inspector is telling me the frame rate is 23.08. A ran a couple tests back through Pavtube, there’s a drop down menu that allows you to change the frame rate but every time it still outputs at 23.08.

  Any ideas?
