22fps Limit with BMD UltraStudio SDI or Intensity Pro Enabled :(

I installed Desktop Video 9.1 this morning and updated the USB3 drivers (even though the old ones met BMD spec) and now I’m getting 30fps in 10-bit.

hi there. forgive me for asking this, but i intend to start learning Da Vinci Resolve and was wondering if this is the hardware you are using to monitor your grades: https://www.blackmagic-design.com/products/ultrastudiosdi/software/

would really appreciate it if you could help me out. i live in the philippines and will be ordering the unit from the states. i don’t want to spend on something i wont be able to use.
